To maintain the quality and appearance of the frame for as long as possible, please follow these instructions:

• Preferably place the frame in a dry area, away from humidity and direct heat.
• Wipe the surface of the frame using a soft, dry cloth only.
• Avoid using any chemicals or strong cleaning agents on the frame.
• Do not expose the frame to direct sunlight for extended periods to prevent color fading or wood damage.

🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction matters to us, so we offer the possibility to return or exchange under the following conditions:

• A return or exchange request must be submitted within 5 days of receiving the order.
• The frame must be in its original condition without any damage or scratches.
• Returns will not be accepted if any sticker or identification label has been removed or cut off.
• The product must be returned with its original packaging and all accessories, and handed over to the delivery driver upon pickup.

• If the order is canceled before shipping, the amount will be refunded within 2–3 business days.
• If the delivery call is missed, a second attempt will be made on the following day.
