• Do not soak the mug for long periods, especially in hot water.

• Avoid scrubbing the print.

Return & Exchange Policy:
Your satisfaction is our priority. You can request an exchange or return based on the following conditions:

• The request must be made within 5 days of receiving the order.

• The mug must be in its original condition, without any scratches or damage.

• Exchange will not be accepted if any stickers or identification labels have been removed or cut.

• The product must be returned with all original packaging and accessories and handed over to the delivery driver.

• If the order is canceled before shipment, a refund will be issued within 2–3 business days.

• If there is no response to the delivery call, another delivery attempt will be made the next day.
